mousesports trounce SK to advance to Marseille playoffs

mousesports have clinched second place in Group B following a dominant win against SK (Cache 16-10, Mirage 16-6), in which they started both maps with 13-2 halves.
SK started off their own pick, Cache, with a pistol round victory on the CT side, but things soon turned sour as Miikka "suNny" Kemppi and Robin "ropz" Kool combined for five kills during an A attack in the following round. From there on, the half was firmly in control of the European squad, who grabbed a few comfortable gunrounds on the way to a 7-1 lead Gabriel "FalleN" Toledo's side were close to breaking the streak in the next two rounds. However, both ended up going MOUZ' way as Martin "STYKO" Styk won two 1v1 clutches, inspiring his team to extend their lead to 13-1, with SK clinching the last round of the half.
With a pistol round in the bag, Chris "chrisJ" de Jong & co. looked to finish things off quickly, but they took a while to do so after they got to map point at 15-2. SK punished their aggressive play on B in the next round and continued to close the gap, forcing their opponents on one eco after another until it was 15-9.
MOUZ almost turned a 2v4 situation in their favor in the next round, but even though the Brazilian side prevailed in the end, key pick-offs from Tomáš "oskar" Šťastný and suNny in the next eco round allowed their team to lock down map one at 16-10.
Map two quickly started looking like a similar scenario, as suNny's key doubles in the pistol round and the first gunround made it 5-0 in favor of mouz, who started on the CT side. Marcelo "coldzera" David and Fernando "fer" Alvarenga combined for their first round on the board, but SK immediately got reset as the European side extended their lead by another five rounds.
FalleN found some footing for his team in the next round with a double in mid, but their economy was in shreds once more when chrisJ replied with a triple, aggressing towards underground. The halftime score was 13-2, and yet again MOUZ added a pistol round on top of it. The teams went back and forth with forcebuys until it was 15-4, at which point SK got a hold of the economy, but once chrisJ's team bought up weapons, the match was over at 16-6.
